Abstract
Efficient radio resource allocation algorithm is proposed for multiuser MIMO-OFDMA environment providing proportional fairness.Familiar MIMO radio channel model is extended for OFDMA transmission, to exploit multiuser diversity. Antenna selection isrealized in order to maximize the overall data rate based on MIMO channel estimation. Adaptive M-QAM modulation is performedon selected antennas on each subcarrier, taking into account singular value decomposition based channel gain values arisen fromthe analytical calculation of MIMO channel capacity. Transmit power control is included over subcarriers and transmit antennas.
