Abstract
A two stage microwave hybrid integrated distributed amplifier with a gain of 7 ± 1 dB and a noise figure better than 5.2 dB in the 0.2–11 GHz band and better than 3 dB in the 7.5–11 GHz subband is reported. The amplifier was realized by PHEMTs.- Title
