Abstract
The optical-microwave modulation transducer is a circuit transforming the intensity modulation of a lightwave to the modulation of a microwave carrier. In this paper using the linear parametric model of the transducer modulation transformation is analyzed. Modulation transmission and modulation distortion parameters are determined.
